Here’s my finished piece that was done for ArtsGala 2018! This one was finished in a little less than a day (although it is rather small), half of the carving was done during ArtsGala and then I was able to print it throughout the night as a demonstration for patrons. A challenge to finish in a short amount of time buuut I also procrastinated on it per usual 👌🏻 came out a bit nicer than I expected.

A screen print assignment using a repeating pattern. The theme was “the natural world” so I decided to do the supernatural world. Used pretty typical images associated with the paranormal/spiritual/occult and also American folklore/urban legends. It’s also a narrative! Who is that behind her?! She dead??
I inevitably goofed some things in this one but I still dig it. The central figure and mirror are both cut off 👻✨ whoops
